Hi, I’m Joy, founder of JOOY Yoga.
After 16+ years living my fast-paced corporate life, yoga unexpectedly gave me balance — and it changed everything. What started as using the most of my gym membership became a lifelong passion, leading me to train in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Prenatal & Postnatal yoga.
I specialise in guiding beginners and busy professionals to build confidence on the mat, ease tension from long hours at a desk, and discover the calm that yoga brings.
My classes are friendly, supportive, and alignment-focused, designed to help you feel at home — even if you’re brand new.
