Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga focuses on preparing your body for childbirth by enhancing strength, and relaxation as well as simple breathing techniques that can be used during labour. These classes are designed to help you connect to your changing body and bond with your baby while relieving common pregnancy discomforts.
Who is it for?
- Ideal for those who are 13 weeks pregnant or more.
- If less than 13 weeks, classes may be considered if you are feeling well and have doctor approval.
- Suitable for everyone, whether you have previous yoga experience or not.
- A safe way to stay active while supporting physical and mental well-being.

Postnatal Yoga (with or without baby)
Postnatal yoga helps new mothers regain strength and body awareness, supporting recovery after childbirth. These private classes help restore balance to the body, focusing on gentle, strengthening postures and connecting to your new body and life as a mother. Sessions with your baby foster your new relationship outside of the womb.
Who is it for?
- Available for mothers 6-8 weeks after a natural birth or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean (or with doctor’s approval prior to this).
- Perfect for those seeking to reconnect with their body after childbirth or with their baby.
- Suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to yoga.
