About Me

Hi, I’m Joy, founder of JOOY YOGA.
 
After 16 years in fast-paced corporate life, yoga became the practice that helped me feel more grounded, more connected and more like myself again.
 
Now I help beginners, busy professionals, and people returning to yoga after a break or childbirth build confidence through small, supportive and alignment-focused classes.
 
My aim is simple: to make yoga feel welcoming, achievable and genuinely helpful in everyday life.
