Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your way after it, these sessions are designed to support your changing body, soothe your nervous system, and help you reconnect—physically and emotionally.

With specialist training in both prenatal and postnatal yoga (including mum & baby), I’ll guide you through gentle, strengthening, and breath-led practices that meet you exactly where you are. No pressure, no expectation—just a calm, supportive space to move, rest, and feel more like yourself again.

Prenatal Yoga

 

Prenatal yoga focuses on preparing your body for childbirth by enhancing strength, and relaxation as well as simple breathing techniques that can be used during labour. These classes are designed to help you connect to your changing body and bond with your baby while relieving common pregnancy discomforts.

Who is it for?
  • Ideal for those who are 13 weeks pregnant or more.
  • If less than 13 weeks, classes may be considered if you are feeling well and have doctor approval.
  • Suitable for everyone, whether you have previous yoga experience or not.
  • A safe way to stay active while supporting physical and mental well-being.
What’s included?
  • Tailored yoga sequences for strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
  • Breathwork techniques (pranayama) for calming the nervous system and preparing for labour.
  • Guided relaxation to help reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Personalised guidance and adjustments to support your specific needs.

Postnatal Yoga (with or without baby)

Postnatal yoga helps new mothers regain strength and body awareness, supporting recovery after childbirth. These private classes help restore balance to the body, focusing on gentle, strengthening postures and connecting to your new body and life as a mother. Sessions with your baby foster your new relationship outside of the womb.

Who is it for?
  • Available for mothers 6-8 weeks after a natural birth or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean (or with doctor’s approval prior to this).
  • Perfect for those seeking to reconnect with their body after childbirth.
  • Suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to yoga.
What’s included?
  • Gentle, restorative yoga poses to help strengthen and rebuild core muscles and pelvic floor.
  • Breathing exercises to help alleviate stress, improve sleep, and aid in emotional recovery.
  • Postnatal-specific stretches to ease aches and reduce tension.
  • Personalised guidance for your recovery and postnatal well-being.
Session Details

I can travel within 30 minutes of Brixton, South London. Additional travel costs may apply outside of this radius. 

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes
  • Location: At your home or office. I can book a local space for additional cost.
  • Equipment: Props can provided or home equipment/alternatives used. I also have discounts available for students to purchase

Private Session Pricing

Trial Classes are available at half price when booked at least 5+ days in advance subject to availability

  • Single Session (If booked less than 5 days in advance): £70
  • Single Session (Booked 5+ days in advance): £65
  • 3-Class Block: £175 (Valid for 2 months)
  • 5-Class Block: £265 (Valid for 4 months)
  • 10-Class Block: £500 (Valid for 6 month)

 

Baby is welcome to join you for all postnatal sessions.

For those looking for ongoing support, the monthly membership offers regular, private sessions with the flexibility to choose your frequency and time slot. As well as optional community connection online.
