Find Your Calm — Right on Your Doorstep

Looking for yoga classes near Dulwich, West Norwood, or Herne Hill? You’ve found them.
JOOY YOGA runs weekly evening classes at Rosendale Allotments — a quietly special venue tucked away from the main road on the West Norwood border, just minutes from Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations.
No intimidating studio. No crowded rooms. Just small, welcoming groups and yoga that genuinely meets you where you are.

Classes at Rosendale Allotments

Yin / Gentle Floor Yoga — Mondays at 7pm

A slow, deeply restorative practice that targets connective tissue and melts away the tension your body holds onto all week. Perfect if you sit at a desk, carry stress in your shoulders, or simply need to switch off.

Slow Flow / Vinyasa — Wednesdays at 7pm

A mindful flow that builds strength and flexibility without pushing you to your edge. Great for beginners and returners who want to move with intention, not just keep up.

Both classes are kept small — Max 6 students — so you’ll always get the attention you need.

What to Expect at Your First Class

Never done yoga before? That’s exactly who these classes are for.
JOOY YOGA classes at Rosendale Allotments are kept intentionally small — a maximum of 6 students — so you’ll never feel lost in a crowd or like you’re just keeping up with everyone else. Joy teaches with alignment at the centre, which means you’ll understand why you’re doing each pose, not just copying a shape.

Whether you’re brand new, coming back after years away, or carrying an injury you’re nervous about, you’ll be met exactly where you are. No judgement. No pressure. Just good yoga in a genuinely lovely setting.

About Joy — Your Teacher

Joy founded JOOY YOGA after 16 years working in corporate London as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. She knows what a desk-bound, deadline-driven body feels like — because she lived it.
Yoga changed that for her, and she trained to share it with others who feel the same way.
