Terms & Conditions
The full terms summarised on the booking page. Please read this before paying your deposit.
Payment schedule
- Deposit — £200pp, due on booking — secures your place and locks in the early-bird price (if applicable). Room and bed arrangements are confirmed once the whole group is set. Non-refundable, as it goes directly towards our own deposit to the venue.
- Balance — the rest, cleared in full by 1 March 2027 (8 weeks before departure) — pay in one go or in instalments, whatever suits, by bank transfer or card.
If you need to cancel
If your balance isn't received by 1 March 2027 (8 weeks before departure), this will be treated as a cancellation under the terms below, and your room may be released and rebooked.
- Before 1 March 2027 — you lose your £200 deposit; nothing else is owed, as your balance isn't due yet.
- From 1 March 2027 — no refund is given.
Instead of a refund, we may be able to offer credit towards a future retreat or let you transfer your place to someone else. Just get in touch.
Sharing a room
If you book a "willing to share" place and we can't pair you with another guest by 17 March 2027 (6 weeks before departure), the solo price for your room type applies, and the difference is due then.
If we cancel
If the retreat doesn't go ahead — for example, too few bookings — you get everything back. We'll confirm numbers before your final balance is due.
Respecting the space
This retreat is about rest, quiet and stillness. The bar and the tasting evening are there to enjoy slowly and in moderation, but please keep evenings calm and considerate of others, with nothing loud after 9pm. If anyone's behaviour disrupts the group, they may be asked to leave without a refund.
Travel insurance
Strongly recommended, covering cancellation and medical costs. This is not included in the retreat price.
Flights
Flights are not included. Please hold off booking yours until the retreat is confirmed as going ahead — we'll let you know as soon as it is. Once the group is confirmed, we may look at booking together so everyone lands around the same time.
Visa
Please check your own visa status for Turkey based on your passport. Most nationalities just need a short online e-Visa, best sorted a little before you fly — not included in the retreat price.
Health, allergies & dietary needs
Please let us know about any injuries, health conditions, allergies or dietary requirements before you book, so we can properly plan around them.
Transfers
Airport transfers (Dalaman to the valley and back) are shared with the group on the suggested flight times. If you land well outside those times, you'll need to arrange your own transfer, which isn't included in the cost of the retreat — we're happy to help arrange this separately.
