Explore Yoga is a small-group beginners series designed to help you build up confidence whilst laying strong foundations to start your yoga journey.

Whether you’re completely new or returning after a break, you’ll be guided step-by-step in a calm, welcoming space — with time to ask questions, practice safely, and feel at ease.

Course Details

September Venue: Oasis St Martin’s The Village

Courses are all currently held close to Brockwell Park within easy reach of stations of Herne Hill, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, West Dulwich, and Brixton.

Day/Time: Tuesdays · 7pm (up to 90mins)
