JOOY YOGA

Local In-Person Group Classes

What to Expect

Each class is 60 minutes and designed to help you move more freely, feel grounded, and create consistency.

Who It’s For

  • Students of all levels.
  • Busy folks needing a weekly reset
  • Anyone who prefers a smaller, more personal class setting
  • You don’t need experience — just a willingness to show up, move, try & breathe
  • I would recommend total beginners start with Explore Yoga Beginners Course first

Beginner-friendly yoga for real life. Stretch, strengthen, and reset — no course commitment required.

Mondays in Stillness: Yin

Floor-based poses held in stillness to support deep stretching, emotional regulation, and nervous system ease. Suitable for any level of yoga practitioner.

Wednesdays Weekly Breath-Led Movement

Slow Flow & Vinyasa style classes to build strength, mobility, and clarity. Suitable for beginners, though some sessions may move faster so I recommend if you are brand new to start with our Signature Explore Yoga Course

Locations: Classes are held in South London  — easily accessible from Dulwich Stations, Herne Hill, Loughborough Junction, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill and Brixton.

Current venues: Rosendale Allotments, The Hive Cafe,  Oasis St Martins Village, Dulwich Library (2026)

Our Group Classes Are Taking a Short Winter Pause

Our in-person group term has now finished for the year — thank you to everyone who joined and made 2025 such a special season of movement, connection, and calm.

I’ll be away teaching and travelling for the next couple of months, but that doesn’t mean your yoga has to pause.

Here’s how you can keep moving with me this winter:

  • Join the Online Winter Series: an 8-week journey to stay consistent through the colder months — with access to a recorded class library, community support, and optional live sessions.

  • Try Start Slow: A 7-Day Journey into Yoga — a free mini-course designed for beginners and anyone wanting to reset from home.

  • Practice with me at local studios: After Christmas and before New Year, I will be at Virgin Active Streatham & Mayfair, More Yoga and Yogarise — check their schedules directly for times.

My group classes return in February 2026, as well as Explore Yoga Beginners and new weekly flows — bookings open soon to reserve your space early.

Take this as your invitation to keep your practice alive this winter — whether online, in a gym class, or through small daily rituals at home.
