Class Styles & Locations
Slow Breath-Led Flow (Wednesdays)
A steady, mindful flow to build strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.
This class links breath with movement at a calm, accessible pace, helping you develop strength, balance, and body awareness without feeling rushed. It is suitable for beginners, though if you are completely new to yoga, Explore Yoga or Beginner- Friendly Hatha may feel like a gentler first step.
Beginner-Friendly Hatha (Mondays)
A supportive, slower-paced class designed to help you build confidence from the ground up.
Perfect for beginners, returners, or anyone wanting a steadier approach, this class gives you time to settle into poses, understand the foundations, and move in a way that feels clear and manageable. Expect simple guidance, thoughtful pacing, and a welcoming space to build strength, ease, and trust in your practice.
Yin Yoga (Monthly Mondays)
A gentle, mostly floor-based practice to help you slow down, stretch deeply, and reset.
Yin Yoga invites you to soften into longer-held poses that ease tension, support mobility, and calm the nervous system. This class is a chance to pause, breathe, and give yourself space to unwind. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Our main venue is Rosendale Allotments, on the border of Dulwich and West Norwood, very close to Herne Hill & Tulse Hill. I also hold additional pop-up classes and events in and around South London.
