Explore Yoga is a small-group beginner yoga course (max 6 people) designed to help you lay strong foundations to start your yoga journey.
Whether you’re completely new or returning after a break, you’ll be guided step by step in a calm, welcoming space — with time to ask questions, practice safely, and feel at ease.

4-week Express
Short on time, but ready to feel the difference?
In just four weeks, you’ll:
Learn safe alignment + breathwork to ease into movement
Reconnect with your body, releasing stress + stiffness
Build mobility and confidence that lasts beyond class
Leave with the tools to join any beginner yoga class or practice at home
6-Week Original
The full journey for beginners who want lasting results. Over six weeks, you’ll:
Develop strength, flexibility + balance at your own pace
Explore a wider range of postures and weekly themes
Build consistency and routine — the key to progress
Finish with confidence in your body and your yoga practice

Course Details

September Venue: Oasis St Martin’s The Village – easy access from Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, West Norwood, Brixton, and Dulwich.
Courses are held in venues close to Brockwell Park within easy reach of stations of Herne Hill, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, West Dulwich, and Brixton.
Day/Time: Tuesdays · 7:00 – 8:15pm
2026 course dates:
- Spring Ease – 25th February to 31st March
- Spring Strength – 14th April to 19th May
- Autumn Effort- 8th Sept to 13th Oct
- Winter Ease – 3rd Nov to 8th Dec

Note for Spring Ease Cycle – whilst all classes are non-refundable if they are missed, I understand that week 6 falls during Easter so – if you’re only missing the final session, I’m offering the choice of any drop in for only £5 after Easter, so you can still enjoy a full-circle experience as the final session is designed to feel like a “real class”—gentle, grounding, and open to all levels.

Go for the 6-week Explore Yoga. Dedicating this time gives you repetition, confidence, and a stronger foundation — you’ll finish feeling ready to join any class.
Short on time or coming back from a break?
The 4-week Express is a great way to learn, reconnect with your body, refresh previous knowledge, and take your first steps on your journey.
Worried about choosing the wrong one?
You can always start with 4 weeks and upgrade to the 6-week journey – It’s a little better value to book the 6 weeks upfront though!
