Each class is 60 minutes and designed to help you move more freely, feel grounded, and create consistency in your week.
Who It’s For
- Students of all levels. (I would recommend total beginners start with Explore Yoga Course though!)
- Busy folks needing a weekly reset
- Anyone who prefers a smaller, more personal class setting
- You don’t need experience — just a willingness to show up, move, try & breathe
Wednesday Yoga Series
Weekly vinyasa classes to build strength, mobility, and clarity. Suitable for beginners, though some sessions may move faster. New to yoga? Start with Explore Yoga Course or Mondays at Hive.
Alternate New Monday Classes
Alternating locations weekly, each class supports body, mind, alongside seasonal rhythm.
P.S. You don’t need to be a runner, parent, or gym-goer — the themes are just invitations. It’s all still yoga, and you’re warmly welcome.
Rosendale Yin Series: Mondays in Stillness
Floor-based poses held in stillness to support deep stretching, emotional regulation, and nervous system ease.

Breath-led flow designed to support mobility, strength, and emotional clarity. Each class focuses on a specific theme or audience need.

Course Details
Locations: Classes are held in South London — easily accessible from Herne Hill, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill and Brixton.
